Talent Acquisition Intern

GCyber is currently seeking a high energy, ambitious summer intern to join our Talent Team! At GCyber, we believe our most important asset is our people. As a member of the Talent Team, you will provide critical support to our goal of recruiting and cultivating a diverse workforce that is passionate about solving complex problems that enhance national security and improve capabilities for the Federal Government.  
 
What you will do:
  • Identify qualified candidates through a number of creative outlets (i.e., job boards, networking groups, social media, etc.)
  • Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all daily activity within internal Applicant Tracking System
  • General office coordination, assisting the management team as needed
  • Scheduling interviews, coordinating interviews, answering phones, sourcing candidates, data entry, posting job ads, new hire candidate packages
  • Perform initial candidate resume reviews and phone screens as needed

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills; previous sales or customer service experience strongly desired
  • Interest in recruiting and information technology
  • Creativity and initiative in problem solving
  • Goal-oriented attitude that loves a challenge
  • Competitive mindset encouraged
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
