GCyber is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to support a high visibility customer in Washington, DC. As the Test Engineer you will be responsible for developing and executing test scripts, ensuring reproducible steps, maintaining test repositories, and validating integrations across systems.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
As the Test Engineer, you will:
- Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts and data sets with full requirements traceability.
- Review Apex, C#.NET, and Java code to derive test cases and uncover hidden edge conditions.
- Document results in test reports with replication steps, outcomes, evidence, and severity notes.
- Validate request/response pairs, payload structures, and data transformations.
- Log and track defects in Jira; manage documentation and traceability in Confluence.
- Collaborate with developers to confirm findings and resolve issues.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- DoD 8570 IAT II/Security+ certification (or equivalent).
- 4+ years of software/system testing experience.
- Strong ability to read Apex, C#.NET, and Java code.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.
