GCyber is seeking a Knowledge Manager, to support our government customer. As a Knowledge Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring mission partners have access to the operational capabilities they need, driving organizational improvement and operational excellence.
As the Knowledge Manager, you will:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
As the Knowledge Manager, you will:
- Support and sustain Knowledge Management across people, processes, and tools to improve organizational effectiveness, including maintenance and enhancement of CESO ITSS KM environments in coordination with government leadership.
- Translate operational requirements into integrated, doctrinally sound processes and technical solutions; design, document, and orchestrate workflows that support mission execution.
- Provide technical expertise and oversight across communications, time management, quality assurance/control, process development, risk management, and records management (including metadata structure and program facilitation).
- Implement and manage change management activities, including establishing and maintaining a Change Request schedule, tracking and updating policies and procedures, and resolving application defects through the full lifecycle.
- Support mission-critical and time-sensitive requirements, including facilitation and documentation of battle rhythm events (e.g., KM Working Group and KM Board) and responding to ad hoc organizational needs.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of prior experience, or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
- Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of policy development and maintenance.
- Knowledge Management Certification
