GCyber is seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage a program supporting US Army intelligence and security operations critical to mission success. As the Program Manager you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver engineering and technical advisory services in support of global intelligence efforts.

As the Program Manager, you will:
- Provide comprehensive management, direction, and leadership to ensure the successful execution of the contract
- Act as the primary liaison between government and contractor teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with mission objectives.
- Lead monthly Contract Activity and Status Meetings to review progress, identify risks, and propose actionable next steps. Deliver detailed and accurate meeting minutes to stakeholders.
- Manage personnel vacancies or operational challenges, propose corrective actions, and implement solutions in coordination with the Government.
- Oversee integration of emerging technologies into current operational workflows.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years of experience in program or project management.
- 15+ years of military or civilian intelligence experience across disciplines such as SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT.
- Previous experience supporting US Army INSCOM or other defense intelligence experience preferred.
