GCyber is seeking a Cable Technician II, to support a high profile DISA customer. As a Cable Technician II, you will support and maintain the telecommunications and network infrastructure within a secure DoD environment.

As a Cable Technician II, you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair voice and data communication systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and maintain telecommunications and network cabling, including fiber optic and CAT6 infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced testing equipment to diagnose and resolve cabling issues efficiently.
- Adhere to BICSI standards, ensuring quality workmanship and best practices.
- Manage cable inventory, maintain organization, and provide effective communication and customer support.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
- 3+ years of related telecommunications experience
- 3+ years of experience working as a Cable Technician within the DoD environment
- Related certifications for Fiber Optic Cable and CAT6 Cable installation.
