GCyber is seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer, to support a high profile DISA customer in their mission to improve collaboration and information sharing between defense and intelligence organizations. As the Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the selected ICAM solution.

As the Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will:
- Deploy, integrate, and maintain the ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform, including single sign-on, identity federation, and resource provisioning.
- Evaluate business and technology risks, implement IT controls, and enhance internal controls to improve compliance and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with IAM and development teams to optimize user, group, and password management while maintaining IAM metrics and documentation.
- Address ForgeRock system issues within service level agreements and support audit findings, compliance efforts, and organizational change.
- Create and update CONOPS, Standard Operating Procedures, and communicate technical and functional aspects of IAM solutions to clients and partners.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
- BS in computer science or IT and 8+ years of experience, Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 8570 IAT II certification (i.e., Security+, CySA+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP
- Experience with the ForgeRock platform
- Experience with federation protocols (SAML, OAUTH, OpenID) and zero trust principles.
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management platforms and Linux Operating systems.
- Prior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners, preferred.
