GCyber is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Support Specialist, who will provide support across NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, and SAP domains. As the Senior Helpdesk Support Specialist you will interact with end-users, resolve IT issues, and support key IT initiatives with occasional travel to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay.

As the Senior Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide comprehensive IT Help Desk support, including ticket submission, troubleshooting, and device maintenance across multiple security domains (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS, SAP).
- Manage IT assets, onboarding, account provisioning, and secure equipment handling, with occasional surge support at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB).
- Support and troubleshoot VTC, VOIP, network resources, mobile devices, and computer peripherals following established policies and procedures.
- Deliver desk-side training, maintain knowledge management systems, and utilize ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery and resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with OMC and DISA J6 teams to plan and implement IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational goals and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- 6-8 years of experience
- DoD IAT II certification (i.e. Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, or CND)
- VCP certification, preferred.
- HDI, A+, or ITIL certifications preferred.
