GCyber is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor III to manage a program supporting US Army intelligence and security operations critical to mission success. As the Technical Advisor you will drive innovation and modernization for the government, providing expert guidance, ensuring enhanced operational capabilities and seamless technology integration.

As the Technical Advisor III, you will:
- Provide technical advisement to support modernization initiatives, focusing on Aerial/Space, Cyber, EW, and Data Literacy domains.
- Develop actionable strategic plans and conduct in-depth technical exchange meetings to drive innovation and address capability gaps.
- Collaborate on identifying emerging technologies and innovative solutions that enhance operational capabilities.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and briefings to support decision-making and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Advise on integration of COTS and GOTS technologies to address intelligence gaps.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 15 - 20 years of program and project management experience.
- Experience in intelligence disciplines and organizational data literacy training.
- Proven Ability to lead modernization and innovation initiatives.
- Previous experience supporting US Army INSCOM or other defense intelligence experience preferred.
